Court Booking Rules

• 1 court: 5–6 people
• 6 people → 1 court, 10-12 people → 2 courts
• Extra players pay 2× court fee

Withdrawal Rules

• If remaining ≥ min → no charge
• If remaining < min → all withdrawals share court cost
• No-show without withdrawal → court + shuttle cost
• Withdraw from max → 3h in advance
• If court sold/cancelled → no cost

Walk-ins / Extra Players

• Unregistered players exceeding max → 2× court fee
• Special rules if walk-ins coincide with no-shows

Sign-up Rules

• Use booking link to select time & preferred/avoided courts
• Booking priority: most popular courts first, avoid "avoided" courts
• First-come, first-served

Handling Extra Players Over Max

• Rotation with existing players to share court cost
• If player wants own queue → pay 2 shares
